Could horizon have been “profitable” had it been a tv series for streaming?

Say chapter 1 being turned into 5 or 6 episodes which would take the cost to $8-10m per episode. I guess they’d still deal with the same issue of it finding an audience in order to get past the second season, but kind of seems like streaming shows get more leeway
