Does anyone know if the Oscar nomination voting period was extended?

It was originally supposed to end last night even though the nomination announcement was delayed two days. PGA delayed its nomination announcement twice and WGA was supposed to announce today but if Oscar nomination period is indeed over, neither will have an influence on anyone's ballot.
