Is it a mistake? TIFF states that Sony Pictures Classics will release "Scarlet" (not Columbis Pictures)

It also states that the film's Canada distributor is Mongrel Media (which is Sony Pictures Classics' Canada distributor)

Click on the "Cast & Crew" option on the webpage, and you will see the list of distributors at the bottom of the page.
