Terribly written and full of turgid, repetative descriptions, uninspired dialogue, thin character motivations as well as characters who add nothing to the story, massive deus ex machinas deep into act 3, needless temporal loops, , ineptly plotting, a villain with a totally boring evil scheme, and worst of all, it's extremely expensive sounding with a gleefully nihilistic tone, the type of which has never lead to a box office hit.
Worst comic book movie script I've read since Punisher War Zone, which was at least well written on a technical level.
