I have scoured the internet and found only
references to 2 court cases by the same person. A guy who wrote a book claims that Avatar was based on his novel and was sewing for 8% of the gross, or roughly 117 million. The China court refused to hear his case in Mar 10, citing insuficient evidence. in Jul 10, the Chinese court agreed to hear the case. I cannot find any outcome to support your post above.
