Does Thomas Lennon need a series on the CW before he receives a StarBond?

He's had sufficient sized roles in Reno 911!: Miami, 17 Again, I Love You Man and now Bad Teacher. He has What's Your Number in the pipe judging by the film's trailer. Performers have received bonds for far less work.

Speaking of Bad Teacher, what about a bond for John Michael Higgins? He has an even bigger role in Bad Teacher not to mention his previous work with the Christopher Guest mockumentaries, The Ugly Truth and others.
