I considered "bounce" and all but 1 went in the direction I expected. I had already dumped NRAPA by the time I saw your post.
Why did I short it? I thought the dumping would outweigh the holds for PROME....I was wrong. However, just note that the dROI for the next adjust, in 6 months, is .30 which is not nearly enough for a port loke BONDS, at this time.
