Sorry I'm *really* terrible at explaining things clearly. I must stop trying and just get out of everybody's way ;)
I meant an hour before the relevant movie stock DELISTS (not adjusts), the bond is halted. It stays halted and cannot be traded until the starbond adjust time.
Basically, what RogerMore says.
It doesn't help that I can't really be clear in my own mind on when all these things happen on the exchange, as most of them happen for me the day after they happen on the calendar (because of the southern hemisphere thing).
Deep sigh.

They halt one hour before the adjust (ish). Apr 30, 18:25
