CelebStock and StarBonds

At approx 1030AM HST, starbonds adjust. At that time the halt is lifted. Prices remain at the TAG until reset, midnight HDT.

This is the same as after the adjusts on Sunday.  It allows everyone to make their decisions to buy/sell/flip  at the adjust price.
