The reason that MKUNI and other adjusting StarBonds get halted is because until the actuals are known, you do
not know the "exact" TAG. Sort of like the betting windows closing before the horse race. (Remember The Sting?)
While we all know approximately the EAP, and the EDP of the movie for that matter, halting them prior to actuals stops some of the last minute investment refersals.
