Drops NOBEL  (.33)  adds BUBOB (literally 0.00 as actual is < 5K so round down)   divide by 5, a loss of 6.6 cents in TAG.  Current TAG is .18  adjust is .11  (or ,12 but who cares)

Be careful with minimum .02 commission
