Since this has to do with StarBonds and I can't find an exact answer anywhere else...

My question:
How -exactly- does a StarBond's current trading price relate to their TAG?
My idea of how it works:
On an adjust day, if a StarBond's TAG changes to ~50,000,000 will the trading price be adjusted to ~H$50.00?
Semi-Related question(Assuming that my idea of how it works is correct):
If a StarBond adjust is coming up, and their current TAG is ~25,000,000 but is going to adjust to ~35,000,000 and the current Bond price is ~H$35.00, does this mean that people have already forseen the adjust, and investing at that point would be more trouble than it's worth?
