1. A starbond's price is adjusted to match its TAG after an attached stock that reported box office delists.  Other than that day, the price flucuates based on market trades.  It may or may not move the way you would expect.  This could be due to traders selling off to move on to better investments.                                                                                                                                                        2. Yes                                                                                                                  3. Yes, and you always have to factor in commissions. Since I usually dump a bond after adjusts, unless there is a greater than 2% profit to be made, it is not worth investing.
