Don't get hung up over a 2/1000 of a percent difference, dROI is a tool for comparing different securities.
For example, you calculated a dROI of ~0.26 for ABRES. RogerMore came up with a dROI of ~15.25 for NVARD. So using dROI NVARD would be a much better investment than ABRES today.
If you look at it that way, minor changes in relevant prices aren't going to change the decision "Do I buy ABRES or NVARD?"
