Thoughts on the top 10 short...Supid is as stupid does for this list...
JDEPP...TRNSC (69.76) replaces RANGO (123.21) current price 96.83 is less than current EAP but commission eats up any profit at this time.
CBALE...FURNC (22.60) replaces TERM4 (125.32) current price 94.87 is only 2.17 more than EAP..droi 0 after commission
DCRAI...JB24 next with release (186.35,) replaces CBALN (100.22) current price is 42.59 less than EAP dROI is 0.05 but is a long term long. (Personally, I think TGRL2 would pass 100.22 also if it released first)
RDOWN...CHEF1 (28.40) replaces IRNM2 (250) Current price of 195.51 is 32.37 more than EAP but dROI is only 0.05 Not a very good hold for smaller ports.
MDAMO...MONUM (69.22) replaces MARGT (0.05) Current pricde of 46.64 is 15.01 less than EAP of 61.65 with a dROI of 0.26 but there is no way it is a short. Good long for many ports.
SLABE...NDOCC 1.77 replaces NYILU 1.5 a virtual push...current price is only 1.50 less than EAP but commission would eat up any gain if flipping. Definitely not a short.
SJOHA...DJADC (19.67) replaces HJNTU (93.95) so the TAG would go down about 14 points. As the current price is 25 less than TAG, and DJADC has earned over 11M so far, SJOHA is ARB. dROI is 0.36 ENUSD????
KKNIG...JRYAN (98.42 and may go higher) replaces LSNIT (0.10) Current price is about 14.77 less than EAP of 24.71, droi is 0.82 and this could get better.
SLJAC...OLDBO (37.17) replaces MEVIL (0.00) so TAG will go up by 1/5 of delist of OLDBO. Current price is 10 points less than TAG...Huh? dROI is .20 but even a delist at 0.01 would adjust up by 10 points, back to the current TAG.
JWHED next in is AVNG2. Granted, May 26, 2015 is a long way away. Current price is about 42.80 less than the adjust, but with a miniscule dROI of 0.06
Virtually all of these on the list are well know and held with little knowledge of how StarBonds work.
The top 10 Shorts all have dROI of 0.92 or better. Not mentioning names, but someone involved in a "porn" movie will be short by over 34 points this month. There are 4 more gaining 16 or more points in the next 2 months.
