Yes, he's likely to adjust down 40 points or so based on current prices, but with how far out it is the daily return (dROI) is mediocre even for large ports. There's no compelling reason to hold the bond in either direction at the moment unless you already own every stock on the market and a couple hundred other bonds with better daily return. So, there's no real pressure right now to drive it down.
*That's something of an oversimplification. There are certainly some patterns based on last adjust direction and amount, general star-power etc, but they're not exactly hard and fast rules.
