Yes it was. 77.26 was the updated tag. At the time you asked the question (06:32), the Star Bonds price had not been adjusted so it was at
80.72. At time 10:17, the adjust happened and the price was changed from 80.72 to 77.26.
Also as noted the star bond prices were not halted this week and the price continued to change until adjust. You can see this on the Kaigee bond page graph.

Tags are updated on Monday night, but price adjust does not happen until Tuesday morning/afternoon {nm} May 17, 11:40
All the tags on the adjusts for may 17 were changed to reflect there new tags but not CHEMS {nm} May 18, 08:32
