yes they did - Alan Rickman passed away on Jan 14, and his starbond was delisted the same day.

The standard practice is to delist starbonds immediately. The expcetion is when the starbond is in a movie in theatres for which it has not yet adjusted (eg HLEDG)

I don't remember that many changes. The old StarBond system delisted at H$0. The new StarBond system delisted at TAG. {nm} Jun 23, 14:46
