DRADC is replacing HPOT2 with HPOT6 which will leave the TAG basically unchanged. But the current price is higher than the TAG, so smart players are shorting.

ARICK is replacing a small movie with HPOT6 an increase of almost 50 points in TAG. Not there yet but...some players sold off as the expensive StarBond approached tha target, chosing to take the commission hit and invest elsewhere.
