Here is the question....STC or STV detachments were as if they never existed. STS/VOD is a new beast ....but most of the
Netflix attachments, with no box office, are detached and so far have no "Exception"
The "Exception" rule was to not "punish" performers for appering in projects that were released into theaters but have releasing companies that chose not to report box offiice to ERC.
Performers who sign up for TV movies signed up for TV movies. Those projects did not exist. Example: UPRIS which went straight to NBC in 2001. No performers have this film in their filmography.
Now we have films that had release dates and because of COVID are not being shown in theaters and are not reporting box, not the fault of the performers.
I would really appreciate guidance from Antibody as to how he plans to handle the Inactive delisting of the formerly attached starbonds. There will be many detachments during thiis period. Will the VOD be a separate reason for not being delisted? Will Netflix keep a StarBond active, or will the attachment have never existed. JPESC is the prime example, but there are others.
Any thoughts on thiis rh?
