when you quote "" you are telling people this is exactly what a person said or wrote...
when you wrote "Dead Projects", that is telling people you are repeating exactly what somebody said or wrote, and nobody said or wrote "Dead Projects".
dead delisted = stocks that are delisted from HSX not the usual game play way. Starbonds dead delist after not being attached to projects in a while (players have nicknamed it The Bucket List), movies dead delist after a extremely long period of time of no news and no forward movement or sitting on a shelf for a long period of time with no mention or plans for theatrical release. "dead delisted" is the termonology I use on The HSX Dude to make it easier for readers understand since there are no official HSX termonolgy (that I know of) to identify these processes.
