as punishment for missing that court date she was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab...
she served a few days in jail and was released and then entered rehab...
the doctors working at the rehab testified that LLOHA was not under any kind of addictions and that there was no reason for her to be in rehab...
the judge excused herself from the case and the new judge let LLOHA out of rehab...
that same day LLOHA got her license reinstated and was seen driving around town...
while backing out of a parking spot, LLOHA "bumped" into a baby stroller, the baby was ok...
LLOHA apologized for her recent behavior and issued a statement that she wanted to get her career back on track...
two weeks ago she took a required drug test for cocaine, and failed...
one week ago she took a required drug test for amphetamines, and failed...
LLOHA admitted to failing the drug tests, and a warrant was issued for her arrest...
she had a scheduled court date this last Friday where she was sentenced to 30 days in jail...
her lawyers appealed the sentencing and the judge ruled that she would be held during the appeal with no bail possible...
later that night another judge overturned the verdict and allowed LLOHA to post bail while dealing with the appeal...
she posted $300,000 bail and was released near midnight...
