I can't answer for Blueduck, but I'd easily spend a couple of hours a week updating my Starbonds spreadsheet. It's a commitment.
The tasks involved are:
Updating for the weekly box office - once a week, 15 minutes
Verifying that the spreadsheet results match this week's adjusts - once a week, 10 minutes
Updating for starbond adjusts, once a week - once a week, 5 minutes
Updating for the new calendar, once a week - once a week, 20 minutes
Cutting, editing and pasting the xml data, once a week - once a week, 15 minutes
Updating for changes like attachments, release dates - daily, 10 minutes
Obviously time changes from week to week, depending on how much news there is, how many starbond adjusts, etc, and I'm not high-tech enough to make an automatic link to the xml feed, so I do this manually.
Plus, I expect there'd a be a bunch of work putting it on line, and you'd have people posting here demanding updates in real time - which I'm sure you can deal with
