Right, these are speculative plays. It's fine to post once for informational purpose to help other traders.
But reposting the same info again becomes shilling, or even spamming if repeated over and over. The poster presumably already hold these securities, so repeating these speculative info is not really about helping others anymore, but enriching one's own portfolio by getting those prices to move faster than otherwise.
