I think Ziggler and Swagger have similar wrestling background, which would come up for a good feud. And I agree about Vickie, she needs to do something annoying/stupid/funny to be worth the watch. As for Bourne, I think he's pretty much stuck with Kingston for a while, so you should count him out.
If they are making a push for the tag team division then Ziggler/Swagger would be top notch. Add Miz/Truth, the Usos, and whatever else they can put up. Otunga sucks, I hope I don't have to see him again...
Your ideas about the Cena/Punk/HHH storyline sound really good indeed, but I doubt HBK comes back. There's plenty of talent to choose from to make a new DX stable thought, from veterans to youngsters. You're forgetting about the Rock thought, he's got Cena for Wrestlemania, and I hear they might bring someone else to do some of Rock's talking. So Cena will probably be taken off the storyline with Punk and HHH sooner rather than later...
