DEN seriously needs a new Offensive Coordinator like now. Maybe once he's fired tomorrow Norv could come in time for next week's game?
I am BEYOND frustrated with 90% of the passes being deep throws when the receivers are terrible at getting separation and Tebow has been told by Fox to not risk it if a receiver isn't wide open. Sorry but it's exceedingly rare for receivers to get wide open in the NFL, especially against competent defenses. How about some short slants and oh, I don't know, a freaking screen pass every once in a while?
It's almost heartbreaking at times watching Tebow back there the last few games. He looks dejected and so scared to make a mistake he ends up doing exactly what he's so afraid of. He's clearly not the same player that drove them 95 yards on a game winning drive against the Jets. He hardly ever runs anymore and doesn't actually seem to consider the option on plays that look like the read option because he always hands off to McGahee. Tebow isn't a pocket passer and I doubt he ever will be a true one. Now isn't the time to change his whole way of thinking so tell him to go out there and play with no fear, be free to run if a guy isn't open, and actually audible a few times.
