I watched up until the two hour final episode.... (no spoilers inside)

It had a lot of promise, but they spread it too thin so the interesting (the backstories, the mystery) were revealed too slow and too little at a time.

 

I would say that it would not be worth your time to watch your recorded episodes, what they did in 13 episodes for the mystery/backstory could have been done in a few episodes.  The show was bland.  The actors were all nice to look and did a decent job with the material they were given, but the scripts were weak (blame the writers).
