I think the whole issue of hurting/killing kids is going to be what breaks Walt and Jesse apart. Jesse has always been protective of children and Walt has become far too callous about anyone else's life and the story has been hammering hard on is "they are expendable" attitude about kids for a little while now. Once Jesse realizes that he's not going to be willing to keep working with Walt, IMO.
