a higher standard, and she let tw*Australians* posing as Charles and Queen E fool her.
Not only is it an embarrassment for the hospital, but her own career would probably stall right where she was at, if not falter completely.She certainly had little room for advancement at her hospital from this point forward, and from her name I would say she was probably not a white Brit, so she may have had some cultural shame to go along with it.
