Pain started 8-9 months ago. I had physical therapy, then cortisone (twice). My mistake was not being able to stay out of the gym. Cortisone would wear off and pain returns. It finally caught up and doctor said no more cortisone.
what sucks is I was bulking up this past year. Built my bench and everything up to some great numbers, but now I can't lift for two months. It really is depressing considering how much work I have put in the last 18 months of up at 5 and hit the weight for 75 minutes (w/ partner), 4 times a week.
