Ow ow ow ow. That looks like it puts such a strain on your elbow and shoulders (and your back if you aren't doing core strengthening).
I know what you mean about it sucking when you put in months of work at the gym, and then see it all evaporate when you can't go. In my case, the sudden mobility of my daughter meant I've been too exhausted since the beginning of the year to go to the gym after taking care of her all day. Chasing after her, keeping her entertained, making sure she doesn't kill herself- woof. Tiring. Best of luck in your recovery!
