When a limited release has a great per theatre average, it gives the distribuitor an indication that it could do good if expanded...
So the movie might expand next week, and if it does great PTA again, then it might expand further later on. It might even get to the point that goes HSX wide, meaning it would adjust to 3X + previous BO. Even if it doesn't get HSX wide, it will still have its 12 week run before delist.
That's the reason why the price went up even if it "only" did 300K.
