Vogel made the wrong call IMO. your example of james at halftime over Hibbs down low is NOT even close to the same scenario. I'm not claiming we win the game if Hibbert is in, but we have a much better percentage than without him,
Vogel himself said he made a mistake and Hibbert would be in next time in that situation.
Hibbert is destroying the Heat, plain and simple.
was I emotional after the first game? absolutely. like I said, I am heavily vested in my sports teams. did I rush to judge Frank Vogel after one bad game? yes, my emotions got the better of me.
the loss still stings and I can't help but think about what could have been. do I want to see Vogel immediately fired? no. do I think he is a great coach? he's decent. is there room for improvement in how he coaches? absolutely.
passionate fans say a lot of things in the heat of the moment, especially in such a dramatic loss, in what seemed to be the Pacers games after GREAT odds had been overcome. have you never been caught up in the drama of a sports team?
