The Bills play one exhibition and one regular season game in Toronto but will not move because:
1) Rogers Centre is not big enough
2) The real fans in Toronto hate the open container laws in Ontario and would prefer to tailgate in Buffalo. Amazing how many busloads are there for EVERY Bills home game.
The Ralph is old and needs a huge face-lift, or replacement, which is still under discussion. But there is precedent for a team to play out of the country.
