and Summer television is not known for its consistency.  A .1-.5 drop is not uncommon.  I have an HD antenna and have not missed a show.  It is a pain to swap inputs, but this is how they intend to play the game. 

As for Showtime, I went ahead and cancelled my subscription.  If they are going to play games, it will not be with my money. (I can just buy Dexter on iTunes later.)
