I won't check the spoiler stuff, but my bet is on (don't click if you don't want my guess/my version of spoilers)...
I have a feeling it's Woody. I often look at shows and try to view them from a storyteller's angle and he seems like the best bet to be the "surprise" villain. Also, the way he blasted the devil dude made me suspicious. Like he didn't want to give the guy a chance to say "Hey, I know you!". Just my early theory.
