I agree with the Washington Times Reporter who said, 'Wouldn't the smart thing to do to be not using any medication containing banned substances during the Olympics?' Surely, the Team Doctors could have found an Allergy Medication that he could have used immediately before and during the Olympics. Why take the chance? You're playing with fire if you do and he got burnt. Not the first one either with this medication.
Everybody knows what the Olympics Drug Testing Rules are. Everybody knows that the WADA Testing is more stringent than any other. Why take the chance.
There has been no evidence put forward that switching to another medication containing no banned substances would have seriously deteriorated his health. Why take the chance.
