I'm not sure if anybody is interested, but I got in a huge debate last night about Sean Penn's best flick (his performance).
We decided at the beginning that Fast Times wouldn't count because too many of us would pick it (after all how do you beat "Hey, wait a minute, there's no birthday party for me here!" and every other line he had in that flick was very quotable). So, if any of you folks would be interested, please let me know so I can come back with some arguements.

Bad Boys (an excellent flick. If some of the younger people have't seen it, they should)
I am Sam (my front runner, I think this is his best film)
Colors
Hurlyburly (my #2)
Carlito's Way (his character was so different from all the other's he's played that I've always love this one)
and State of Grace
