After seeing this video this morning I did some research. The reason for my vague initial post was to begin a discussion and so the second part of my response to you was "the reason for this group/individual for posting it?" Here is what I've come up with and I used google and Wiki.

The third and fourth result are of interest to me, curious as to what you think. As it is suspicious to me that I was unable to acquire ownership of the site ProtectInternetFreedom.com directly I had to result to google. Why is it that I just couldn't find that information from them directly? Although I know this practice is practiced by many groups, organizations, corporations and individuals from all view points. Coming from these two representatives makes me think it is them and those who they represent who want to control the Internet of its content and its value.
