First anyone talking during the movie, you should complain. It rarely happens at Alamo and wil be dealt with immediately.

checks are dropped 45 minutes before end of film. We're testing systems where everyone can provide cc info at the start of the film to eliminate the need for check drop and so far so good. But it is a system you quickly get used to. 

the majority of people love reserved seating. You should have been able to to pick your seats and you can always pick them away from other folks
