For all his Strategic Planning, Savage screwed up royally for the second time. The first was turning Ciera against him. Savage had successfully orchestrated a block of 9 Votes against the isolated group of Wentworth, Ciera & Abi. What he should have done, and we have seen this done successfully before, was to split the Vote in case of a Hidden Immunity idol. They didn't.

The Very Best Time To Play The Hidden Immunity Idol is when someone feels that they will be Voted Out. Wentworth smelled out the plan, brilliantly playing the Hidden Immunity Idol. Probst: 'Wentworth, Doesn't Count' (x9). Punt the Savage. Well played.

Quite an interesting Season so far with the various Mergers. Liking that. Shakes things up nicely. Tribal Council certainly destroyed that Core Alliance of Four (4). Fun times.
