My .02 is that they tell St. Louis, for the second time, build the stadium and you get a team (Raiders) ...Jags are still franchiise bait.

For those who forgot, back in the '90's there were 5 cities bidding for 2 franchises:  Baltimor, Charlotte, St.Louis, Jacksonville and Birmingham.

Jax and Charlotte (Caroline) got teams, Baltimore and St. LOuis built their fiields and got the Browns and the Rams,  Cleveland built their stadium and got the Browns back..   Birmintham????  SOL....LA?  who were those masked men anyway.
