Lucas Valley Road (which was named that long before George Lucas was born) is a winding two lane road that for most of its length is either carved into the side of a ridgeline or winding thru a sequoia grove. I've driven along it and past Skywalker Ranch more times than I can remember. Its the kind of road where exceeding the 25mph speed limit on some parts is literally taking your life into your hands.
The road's inability to handle a large amount of traffic was one of the points of contention between Mr. Lucas and his neighbors when they were fighting him about expanding the business parts of Skywalker Ranch.
