Illinois grandmother deported to Peru for voter fraud.

An Illinois driver's license clerk asked a non-citizen if she wanted to register to vote.

In 2009, the state of Illinois changed its policy, instructing personnel to remind applicants that they must be U.S. citizens to apply to register to vote.

President Donald Trump has often referred to millions of people voting illegally in this country.
