Between those two, I think Moss 1st. More impactful/notoriety as 'uncoverable'. But both probably get in.
T.O. is a great receiver, and did in on many teams (not all of which had great QBs either), but I think Moss gets in first because his reputation transcended the field - he became known as a guy who simply COULD NOT be covered, even with a double-team. I don't think T.O. ever made it into that category.
But neither of these guys are half the man Boldin is. Too bad the HoF doesn't reward and celebrate players for their character and contributions to the world around them.
