Had a feeling this could happen. Locking arms instead of kneeling during the national anthem and honoring our flag gives the feeling of unity and not hatred.
Thought locking arms could become a better symbol of the protest to the crowds, and in this instance it appears to be true. Apparently the crowds did not boo, and some even joined in locking arms in the stands.
Maybe next time someone will grab a cop on the sidelines and place him between two players and just tie it all together. Watch the players protest become a national movement of unity.
TV ratings would go through the roof and players could all get big raises. Somebody hold up a flashlight app.
