for starters. the NY state AG and Manhattan DA (Cy Vance) apparently already have substantial cases in the works against Trump Org, if not the family itself. that doesn't even get into all of the stuff in-office that we likely don't even know about yet. or if Deutsche Bank rats him out in their own money laundering case.
it doesn't even have to come directly from a Biden DOJ but i would expect the whole criminal enterprise to be dismantled piece by piece over the next four years.
oh, and he has $400m to $1.2b in personally-guaranteed loans coming due in the next two years as well, so have fun paying those off
