there are some problems that could arise

example: putting it in writing on an official hsx page, means you are asking for absolutes, and that may not always be doable, given the changing nature of the film business

then, as an example, you say MTC and RS can be tagged, but now you have to have a page where MTC and RS are defined, but thats not really proper because mtc is posted anonymously and rs is paid info that is gray area being posted already. so i just cant see antibody writing up a whole page explaining what mtc is, etc.

then there has to be a page detailing which sites are allowed, which arent... then have to explain which film studios films dont get ipo'd because they dont report box office to erc, then have to explain what erc is and why they are used and not others... you see this guidelines could start stretching into pages and pages of dos and donts!

really dont think its that hard to a:) follow along for a while to see how others do it, or b:) ask on players board
