HSX POSTING GUIDELINES
Read and absorb to save headaches (for both yourself and others).
BEFORE POSTING:
° Read ALL of the forums back to the last time you read all of them (or 2 weeks-ish). This lets you know what is already posted, and will probably help you make money by learning something you didn't know.
° Choose the correct forum for your topic. Do not post about LiLo going into Rehab again in the Movies area
WHEN POSTING:
° Use English, check grammar and spelling. Do NOT use "TXT SPK 4 UR BUDS".
° Be Respectful. Do not post anything you wouldn't say to your mother/father, or face to face to the person you are speaking with.
° Do not post anything of an illegal nature, such as " can be downloaded thru torrent now".
° Your Friends are usually not a good statistical base to form a nationwide opinion from, though there will be topics that ask about your friends input, which are fine to add to.
TAGGING:
° DO NOT TAG an SBO (Star Bond) or Movie unless you know exactly what you are doing. Tagging is using the security name in brackets, such as [MVNAM], when this is done, the post also appears on the Movie or SBO page you tagged. Tagging influences the price of securities, and is therefore VERY regulated.
° Movie Estimates are posted by people with premium memberships to various places to share the numbers with users to make decisions. Only a couple of those agencies are allowed to be tagged as "official numbers", the rest from Variety or Yahoo Movies can be posted, but not tagged.
° In short, leave tagging to those who have been posting here for a long time. Once you have been reading the forums daily for a few months, you'll understand it better, until then, don't tag and get your post deleted.

That wiki is really for former HSX players who migrated away from here when the site got upgraded and formed their own board. Apr 14, 05:39
