Your questions can be answered in the Adjust, Adjust Price, Star Bond and Trailing Average Gross.
Basically moviestocks adjust (see the glossary for the adjust formulas) for its opening weekend box office on sunday, and then are delisted after 4 weeks of wide release or 12 weeks of limited release to the price that matches the box office made ($1M BO = H$1).
Starbonds are adjusted the following day after the moviestock that they're attached is delisted. For example this coming monday Star Trek 2: Into Darkness (among others) will be cashed out, and so the starbonds attached to it will be adjusted on tuesday.
It may sound complicated right now, but you'll get a handle of it quickly... :)
